Antibacterial

Lea Ceramiche antibacterial tiles feature Protect® technology, developed for porcelain stoneware floors and wall coverings with antibacterial protection built into the surface. Silver ions integrated into the material eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria present on the surface and remain active 24 hours a day.

Unlike a treatment applied after production, the protection is built into the tiles and retains its effectiveness over time. This supports everyday hygiene and makes antibacterial tiles suitable for spaces where cleanliness and safety are particularly important, from the home to areas open to the public.

Protect® technology can be used on porcelain stoneware floors and wall coverings without limiting aesthetic choice.
